1. Who we are
The website echofashionnetwork.it and the Echo Fashion Network (EFN) service are operated by Echo S.r.l., Via Lelio e Fausto Socini 32/B, 42122 Reggio Emilia (Italy), VAT 03135740359, REA RE-370679, share capital € 3,000.00, certified email echosrl@ultracert.it, email info@echowebagency.it.
2. The service
EFN is a professional network for fashion, beauty and manufacturing offering members: training courses with completion certificates, a community (forum, comments, member directory), reserved content and, optionally, access to the network's WhatsApp group.
3. Registration
Registration is restricted to adults (18+). Data provided must be truthful and up to date; the Italian tax code is required for invoicing. Credentials are personal: account sharing is prohibited. Users are responsible for all activity on their account.
4. Plan, price and activation
Annual plan: € 190.00/year, VAT included. The subscription starts with immediate payment of the full year and gives access to the content straight away. No free trial is offered. The monthly plan can no longer be purchased: monthly subscriptions already active continue on their original terms until cancelled. Founders access free of charge under the conditions communicated upon admission. Price changes are notified by email at least 30 days in advance and apply only from the next renewal.
5. Payments, renewal and cancellation
Payments are handled by Stripe; we never store full card data. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled, which you can do at any time from the subscription management portal: cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, which remains accessible until expiry. For annual plans we send a reminder before renewal. In case of failed payment, access to reserved content may be suspended. An electronic invoice is issued for every payment.
6. Right of withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw within 14 days of activation without giving reasons (arts. 52 ff. Italian Consumer Code) by writing to info@echowebagency.it, including via the model form available on request. Refunds are issued within 14 days using the same payment method. By activating the subscription the user expressly requests immediate access to the digital content and acknowledges that full access before the 14-day deadline entails the loss of the right of withdrawal (art. 59 Consumer Code): this acknowledgement is collected via express consent at purchase.
7. Intellectual property
Courses, videos, texts, graphics and trademarks belong to Echo S.r.l. or its licensors. The subscription grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal or internal professional use. Reproduction, redistribution, resale, public sharing, scraping and use of the content to train AI systems are prohibited.
8. Community and user content
Users are responsible for the content they publish. Unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, harassing content, content infringing third-party rights, unauthorised advertising or third parties' personal data without consent are prohibited. By publishing, users grant EFN a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host and display the content on the platform. EFN may moderate, remove content and suspend accounts in case of violations.
9. Certificates
Upon completing a course, members can generate a certificate (name, course, date) published on a shareable page, publicly reachable via link. Members may request its deactivation at any time at info@echowebagency.it.
10. Suspension and termination
EFN may suspend or close accounts, with prior notice where possible, for breach of these Terms, fraudulent use, credential sharing or conduct harmful to the community. Users may close their account at any time; paid periods are not refunded, without prejudice to the right of withdrawal under sec. 6 and mandatory consumer rights.
11. Liability
Training content is for general informational purposes and does not constitute legal, tax or financial advice. To the extent permitted by law, EFN is not liable for indirect damages nor for user content or interactions between users. Nothing excludes or limits liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, nor mandatory consumer rights. EFN does not guarantee uninterrupted service (maintenance, outages, force majeure).
12. Changes to these Terms
Substantial changes are notified to members by email at least 30 days in advance. Members who do not accept may cancel before they take effect; continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, the competent court is that of the consumer's place of residence or domicile. For professional users, the Court of Reggio Emilia has exclusive jurisdiction. Recourse to alternative dispute resolution (ADR) bodies under arts. 141 ff. of the Italian Consumer Code remains available.
